Differences between Credit Note, Credit Memo and Credit for returnsBy Genildo Credit Note, Credit Memo and Credit for returns are all the same and used interchangeably. In general, Credit Note and Credit Memo are used to pass the credit to the customer if they are charged too much. "Credit for Returns" is used to return the amount to the customer when the defective products are returned, or a complaint is made about a service performed. |
