Configuring the communication types as per Account groups in Vendor Master3. Double-click on “General data”.
2. Select “Communication”

Now in this screen, you can select the communication types you want to
suppress, make an optional entry, required entry or display.

Since the “Internet mail address” is suppressed, this did not appear
in our vendor master change transaction. Now let us make “Internet mail
address” as optional and “Teletex” as suppressed.
5.
Save and close this transaction. Now execute “Vendor Master” change transaction again. This time you would observe that the internet email is appearing in your list and Teletex has disappeared.
